The purpose of the research is to investigate the linguistic and linguocognitive features of the German language in linguopragmatic and discursive aspects. The research methods are an analysis of scientific linguistic literature in terms of the research problem, a method of theoretical modeling; methods of linguistic observation of linguistic facts and generalization of speech phenomena of a certain research area; methods of statistics and comparative analysis (if necessary). The study implies the following scientific novelty: 1. The essence of the concepts "cognitive linguistics", "paradigmatics", "linguocultural discourse" are clarified and enhanced. 2. The concept of compatibility of language units, the concept of scientific and cultural specifics of phraseological units are theoretically substantiated, developed and tested and paradigmatic features of phraseological units of modern German are traced. 3. First studied in detail the intercultural space and semantics of poetic transfer in E. Canetti's memoirs. 4. In-depth theoretical and methodological research principles of linguopragmatic methods and organization of German-speaking artistic space. The practical significance of the achieved research results is determined by the fact that the theoretical provisions, results of the study and conclusions can be used in the educational process to improve the quality of theoretical and practical students' training. The value of research results lies in the theoretical issues development of the current position of the language and practical solutions for their integration into the educational process. The results of this work are of practical importance for the preparation of curricula, elective courses, testing, lectures and practical classes.
