In addition, it is one of the most common causes of infant mortality in the world. Ukraine ranks first in Europe in terms of prevalence and last in terms of vaccination coverage. The urgency of the topic is due to the fact that in 2017 in the Odessa region there was a significant increase in the number of measles patients - up to 1016. The vast majority of patients - children 1-4 and 5-9 years, as well as people over 30 years. But the most severe and the greatest number of complications is observed in children of the first year of life.
