Objective: to improve the effectiveness of planned and urgent surgical interventions by implementing and improving treatment and diagnostic algorithms based on the principles of "fast track surgery". Research methods: - general clinical - to determine the objective status of the patient and the clinical course of the disease; - laboratory - to determine the indicators of homeostasis in various surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity; - instrumental - to determine the functional state of organs and systems (echocardiography, sonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging); - statistical method of analysis of the obtained results.
