The subject of the research is the sanitary condition of plantations, the presence of rare plant species within the survey area, possible measures to improve the sanitary condition of forests. . The purpose of the work is to substantiate the approval of the limit on the use of natural resources on the basis of the application of sanitary felling of selective Research methods - field route, as well as generally accepted methods of studying the distribution of protected plant species. The available materials of forest management of SE "Buske LH", acts of inspection of sanitary condition of forests by employees of "Lvivlisozakhyst", reports of forest protection workers of SE on deterioration of forest plantations were analyzed. Phytocoenotic survey of plantations was carried out. The results of surveys of the sanitary condition of the forests of the Brahivka tract of the Ozhidiv Forestry of the State Enterprise Buske Forestry within the economic zone of the NPP Pivnichne Podillya and surveys on the presence of plant species subject to protection at the state and regional levels are summarized. Measures to improve the sanitary condition of forests through the use of sanitary felling are selected.
