The purpose of the work is to study the modern system of international relations with the help of a technological approach. Research methods – system approach, content-analytical method, system-functional, system-component, system-historical methods, methods of modeling and search forecasting. The methodology of research of international relations by means of the technological approach is developed and improved, the analysis of modern international relations by means of the specified approach is carried out. The most important features of two hypothetical basic axiological models are formulated, the confrontation between them is the essence of the modern “confrontation of worlds”, the main directions of full axiological transit in Ukraine are substantiated. In the context of coevolution of political, social, spiritual and economic spheres the efficiency of international cooperation in overcoming imbalances and lack of innovations in the main branches of economy is proved, the priority directions of this cooperation are defined. Appropriate empirical models are constructed. The results of the research can be used to develop applied conceptual models of the foreign policy strategy of the state.
