ZI Nekrasov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 A concept is proposed for creating an expert system for selecting the optimal composition of a multicomponent charge, based on the synthesis of models for loading and distributing charge materials at the intersection of a blast furnace and a model of physicochemical transformations of iron-containing materials and the formation of melts from them in different zones of the furnace, taking into account the system of justified technological restrictions. For the first time, a method for obtaining dependences for calculating the characteristics of the distribution of basic iron-containing materials and impurities along the radius of the blast furnace top with conveyor and skip delivery of the charge to the blast furnace top was developed. For the first time, a new method and algorithm for estimating the composition and indicators of high-temperature properties of iron ore materials and primary slag melts formed in discrete zones of the blast furnace are proposed. Regularities have been established and the dependences of the distribution of basic chemical elements between cast iron and slag have been clarified for multicomponent charge conditions using the new melting temperature-blow mode indicator and the integrated charge index, including when using special purpose briquettes and taking into account the influence of pulverized coal fuel. A method is proposed for choosing the optimal composition of the charge, which ensures the directed formation of melts in a blast furnace. The methodology provides for the control and analysis of the predicted properties of the final products of smelting and intermediate melts with mandatory verification of their compliance with technological limitations generated on the basis of mathematical modeling of the processes of melting and reduction of charge materials in various zones of the blast furnace.
