Theoretical and practical results: morphological, ultrastructural features of the wound process after multiorgan combined interventions for primary locally advanced colorectal tumors and their recurrence have been studied. For the first time, the options of postoperative course in these patients were determined and the classification of forms of complications was created taking into account the markers of inflammation and tumor aggressiveness. Novelty: for the first time the complex of prognostic factors of the peri- and postoperative period was specified. Modified the treatment of patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer after multivisceral resection in the peri- and postoperative period, as well as determined within these limits the personalized scope of surgical treatment. The effectiveness of implementation: improving the effectiveness of complex therapy for patients with secondary-edematous breast cancer. Effectiveness of implementation: social - improving the quality of life, reducing the duration of treatment by 7-10 days (7800 grn.).
