Yanovsky National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object - 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 20 healthy individuals. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of diagnostics of toxic-allergic reactions (TAR) of drug intolerance to anti-tuberculosis drugs (PTP) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) and to determine the ways of their correction. Methods – clinical, immunological, statistical. It was found that the frequency of cases of TAP to PTP in patients with TB occurred in 2,9% of cases, among the signs of TAP on PTP most often observed hepatotoxic reactions – 56,5%, allergic – 38,7% and nephrotoxic – 16,1%. Patients with TB with clinical manifestations of TAP before PTP were characterized by signs of immunological insufficiency of each of the main immune systems, namely cellular, humoral and phagocytic and signs of liver damage with manifestations of endogenous intoxication, which was expressed in a significant increase in T-helper cells to CD4+ receptors, lower absolute number of T-killer cells, increased content of total IgM and IgE, and a 2,5-fold increase in serum tryptase content, a pronounced decrease in the absorption function of granulocytes and monocytes, a 2,5-fold increase in the concentration of AST, ALT and GGT in the blood 2,5 times, a 9-fold decrease in CEE, a 1,5-fold increase in the severity of positive reactions to the RСE test on PTP, 2 times higher incidence of hypersensitivity to 3 drugs, which indicates the relationship of immunological and biochemical mechanisms in the course of TAP to PTP in TB patients. The technology of using natural hepatoprotector Hepatomunil in the complex treatment of TB patients with adverse drug reactions, which solves the problem of restoring hepatocyte function by reducing blood levels of AST and ALT and increasing the phagocytic number of phagocytes after treatment, indicating the presence of immunomodulatory and preparation. Sphere of application – phthisiology, pulmonology, immunology.
