The results of theoretical research aimed at determining the main parameters of the modernized mobile rail lubricator, which is designed for aerosol application of lubricants with minimal costs when performing rail lubrication. The developed proposals on the modernization of the system of mobile rail lubricators are also presented, which include recommendations on the use of lubricants, methods of ensuring minimum oil consumption and accuracy of its application on the working surface of rail friction in curved sections of track, nomenclature and main characteristics of rail lubricator equipment to be upgraded.
