Research methods - clinical (collection of complaints and anamnesis, objective examination); sociometric (survey of healthy children and children with socially significant diseases to determine the nutritional supply of Ca, P, Mg, Zn, vitamins D, A, E, B12, B 9 based on the analysis of the weekly diet); laboratory (quantitative determination of the concentration of vitamin B12, folate, 25-OH vitamin D, vitamin E (VE), A (VA), zinc ions (Zn2 +), phosphorus, calcium, magnesium levels) in the serum of children using colorimetric microplate ELISA, statistical processing.
