The aim of the work is to develop a wide range of adaptive clothing that helps people with disabilities, the seriously ill and other categories of low-mobile citizens to restore health, ensure their independence and improve their quality of life. It is established that public recognition of the right of people with disabilities to a full life means creating real conditions for their rehabilitation and social adaptation, including with the help of well-chosen clothes. The influence of features of physical condition, physiological changes of physique, specific psychophysical moments of persons with spinal injuries and operating conditions on the requirements for the design of sportswear and materials for its manufacture has been established. The design and technological solution of a universal sports set for people with spinal injuries is proposed. The set includes pants of special design with a corrective hard corset, a jacket, the details of which are quickly and conveniently transformed to adjust the length and volume, a sweatshirt with a zonal arrangement of anti-decubitus textile inserts, and a vest with autonomous heating from flexible solar panels located on the back . The microclimate regulators of the undergarment space are slotted ventilation holes in trousers and a sweatshirt equipped with a thin knitted mesh fabric, the size of which can be changed with the help of a zipper.
