The main condition of the work is to determine the goals, objectives, priorities and needs of sustainable economic and social development of the Lyman TG-2027 from the needs and interests of the community. The implementation of the developed Strategy is connected with the achievement of the level of forecasting indicators for all the best directions of development, which can be used to monitor the stages of its implementation. The strategy differs as a planning document of the highest level in the community, and therefore, its implementation requires the concentration of appropriate resources. It is expected that the efforts of government agencies, the public and academia will be successful in successfully implementing certain strategies of target groups and activities.
