The weak implementation of the national SDGs system in Ukraine, the lack of internal investment resources to finance them, the degradation of the financial market (FM) multiplied by the difficult situation in preventing global healthcare-system risks exacerbates this problem. A possible solution for this is the engagement of responsible investment (RI) instruments to increase the efficiency of the FM and solve the problem of financial resources deficit. The project aims at solving the issue of developing sufficient financial provision to achieve the SDGs, (in particular SDG-3) in Ukraine, based on Austrian experience through the instruments of RI in the FM.
