The complex of N-P fertilizers was obtained in acid-free manner by applying phosphorite flour on urea admixtures using potassium humates, calcium and trace element complex "Avatar". Humic substances are also known for their ability to neutralize heavy metals and organic pollutants in the soil. Further development of research is to increase the nutritional value of the developed fertilizer by adding to the phosphate-containing shell of the biochar, which has 86% of carbon and can increase photosynthesis of plants due to their additional carbon nutrition. Physicochemical studies confirmed the production of high-quality phosphate-containing shell on the urea surface. It is shown that the presence of deep tortuous nanopores in the structure of the phosphate-containing coating allows the penetration of soil moisture into the granule and the consistent dissolution of the organic part of the shell and N-containing nucleus of the encapsulated granule. The results of agrochemical vegetation studies showed that the green mass of barley samples was higher than in the control sample with encapsulated phosphate-containing coating with more than 80% of biochar and calcium humate. The calculation of the equipment for obtaining encapsulated fertilizers is offered. The variant of introduction of the recuperation system with application of the Maisotsenko cycle is proposed. A theoretical and methodological approach to the management of green innovation promotion based on the concept of sustainable innovation advancement has been developed. An optimization model of green innovation promotion based on forcing of the behavioral response of stakeholders has been proposed Product Description popup.authors Artiukhov Artem Ye. Vakal Serhiy V.
