The implementation of the strategy is based mainly on the communicative component of the language, leaving out the nominative and identifying language potentials, and that does not contribute to achieving the desired results. The nominative function of the language is associated with cognition, the formation of an image of objective reality. Each language forms its own nominative apparatus, which reflects the national mentality. Mastering the nominatives of another language forms a way of thinking inherent in other cultures, and, accordingly, an orientation to a different socio-cultural context. Perception of the world by means of the sign system that is different from the native one bears the threat that the carriers of such a system in conflict situations do not perceive it as a threatening one, and this is already a favorable ground for enemy propaganda and information security violations. The identification component of the language is also of strategic importance, which consists in rallying speakers into one community, allowing them to mobilize the forces of the nation to solve internal and external economic, political, cultural, and social problems. It manifests itself as a kind of a group marker, verbally highlighting those who belong to a language community that is considered their own (native), as opposed to the other's (non-native). The use of the nominative and identifying functions of the native language, as well as awareness of the severity of manipulative influence consequences, will help to step up efforts and promote the development of a citizen who is able to identify the attempts of manipulative influence and decisively counteract them.
