The purpose of the study is to intensify infrared drying, reduce energy consumption and metal consumption in the processing of oilseeds by increasing the area of simultaneous processing by developing the design of the tray vibrating infrared dryer. To achieve this goal, it was hypothesized that irradiation on both sides will simultaneously increase the area of contact of products with infrared rays and increase the intensity of moisture removal, and the use of kinematic vibration excitation with spring-loaded bearing units in the design nodes. Research methods - scientific principles are based on modern concepts of physical and mathematical modeling of bulk media, the theory of similarity, the theory of vibration processing of freely granular masses, the theory of vibration and wave transportation of bulk masses. In experimental researches the control and measuring equipment, modern techniques and devices were used. Software packages were used for analytical research: MathCAD, Excel, КОМПАС 3D V14.
