The purpose of scientific work is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the formation of the marketing mechanism of enterprise management in terms of international business diversification and scientific and practical recommendations for their implementation. The scientific novelty of the main provisions, conclusions and recommendations formulated in the scientific work is that they together solve an important scientific problem of substantiation of conceptual provisions for the formation of strategy and marketing tools to strengthen the position of Ukrainian enterprises in international markets.
