Based on the synthesized metal complexes by fixing the latter on aluminosilicate matrices of kaolinite and haloisite, intercalating them into the polymer matrix of methyl methacrylate, doping with silver nanoparticles, 7 hybrid systems were obtained, their morphology and luminescent properties were studied. The antitumor activity of n, π-chelate complexes Pd (II) and Pt (II) was determined. The effect of the synthesized compounds (analogs of cisplatin) on Allium sepa L cells and cells of hepatic origin (HepG2) was studied in comparison with cisplatin itself. It was found that they exhibit significant genotoxicity, under their action, the number of cells in apoptosis increases, and they can also prevent the formation of drug resistance, which is characteristic when using the classical antitumor agent cisplatin.
