The solution and analysis of the methodical problem of changes in the concentration of contaminants in the thickness of the biofilm in the conditions of variable mass transfer processes are presented. Two nonstationary problems are formulated, which describe the removal of one adsorbent in the reactor (static adsorption) and the filter (adsorption filter).
