In the process of tuning the nanostructures to maximize the Raman signal from the substances deposited on them, it was shown that varying the nominal thickness of deposited gold, temperature, and annealing time allow you to adjust the frequency of plasmon absorption in resonance with exciting laser radiation. The correlation between the shape of nanostructures and the features that appeared in the spectra of their plasmon absorption was established. It was found that the developed SERS substrates have stable morphological and optical characteristics when stored in the air for several months. As a result of the study of the effect of enhancement by SERS substrates of standard rhodamine 6G and crystalline violet analytes, it was found that developed SERS substrates have a high amplification factor (~10^5), while the degree of signal gain depends on the type of molecules.  Product Description popup.authors Isaieva Oksana F Hreshchuk Oleksandr M.
