Objective: to develop prophylactic measures in order to prevent complications of hypomenstrual syndrome in girls on the underweight background. Methods: clinical-paraclinical characteristic, hormonal status, blood lipids and carbohydrates, 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, genealogical, cytogenetic, psychological research methods. Results: On the basis of conducted comprehensive study, the features of clinical course, which were based on energy status of girl, were revealed. The concept of mechanisms of OM formation were presented, actual data about pathogenesis of progress of that disease depending on BMI were elaborated. The role of disturbances of vitamin D was proved for the first time. The study found out closed connection between clinical course and hormonal balance of OM, mathematical models of the relationship between vitamin D and pituitary-gonadal hormones at different energy status of patients were developed. It is established that the negative course of OM is accompanied by the metabolic disorders formation. Novelty: Factor models of dependence of lipids on BMI and level of vitamin D were created. At first time genetic factors of OM formation are revealed. It is established that hereditary burden for reproductive disorders had 74,1 % of patients, the contribution of the hereditary component in the formation of OM was 21.2%, environmental - 78.8%. Recurrent risk in the families of adolescent girls with OM increased to 35.7%. Prognosis about their formation was developed.
