Physical activity causes functional disorders in immunocompetent cells due to the effect on the state of lipid peroxidation, the system of cyclic and adenyl nucleotides. Medical correction of metabolic disorders in blood cells reduces the negative impact of physical exertion on athletes ' white blood cells and increases their adaptive capabilities. Purpose of the study. Develop ways to medically correct metabolic disorders in the white blood cells of athletes experiencing intense physical activity. Materials and methods of research. Athletes of various specializations, neutrophils, monocytes and blood T-lymphocytes. Research results. Intense physical activity causes negative changes in white blood cells in athletes, which is manifested in the activation of lipid peroxidation, insufficiency of the enzymatic system of antioxidant protection, imbalance of cyclic and adenyl nucleotides, a decrease in phagocytosis, dysfunction of secretory activity of lymphocytes. The use of pharmacological preparations of antioxidant and immunocorrective action reduces the negative impact of intense physical exertion on the white blood of athletes.
