Physicochemical properties of solutions during long-term storage have been studied. The technological scheme of production and analytical and normative documentation for drugs were developed. Pharmaco-toxicological studies of drugs on animals (acute and chronic toxicity) have been carried out. The results of a clinical study of previously developed drugs: Sorbilact in cancer patients with esophageal cancer (60 patients) and gastric cancer (55 patients) and Reosorbilact in patients with rectal cancer after anterior resection of the rectum in the first days of early postoperative period (62 patients) are presented.
