Phagocytophilum, B. miyamotoi and Babesia spp .; apply ELISA and EUROLINE Borrelia RN-AT adv immunoblot to determine the involvement of B. burgdorferi s.l. (B. burgdorferi s.s., B. garinii, B. afzelii, B. spielmanii) to clinical manifestations of LB in patients with CCC, NA and ORS; determine the content of specific IgM and IgG antibodies to B. miyamotoi and the concentration of immunoglobulins of classes A, M, G and E in the sera of different segments of the population; use the method of multiplex indirect immunofluorescence to diagnose antibodies to a number of infectious sparrows that may be involved in lymphadenopathy, CCC, ORS and skin; apply the method of remote thermography to study the temperature difference ((T) of the affected and healthy areas of skin in patients with EF LB before and after etiotropic treatment of the disease, including depending on the dissemination of the process.
