The results of studies of molecular biological characteristics indicate that biomine has no toxic effects and does not activate the proliferation of peripheral blood and bone marrow cells of patients with advanced breast and prostate cancer. Based on the study of the expression profile of oncogenic microRNAs (-126, -146a, -155 and -223), as well as the assessment of DNA damage using comet assay and micronucleus test, it was determined that biomine does not cause epigenetic disorders and genotoxic effects in peripheral blood lymphocytes patients with breast and prostate cancer with metastatic bone lesions. An algorithm for testing the biocompatibility of domestic implant materials based on calcium phosphates to assess the effectiveness of recovery of musculoskeletal function in malignant processes was developed. The algorithm is based on the identification of genotoxic effects and epigenetic disruptions in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with metastatic breast and prostate cancer after exposure to the material.
