Ligation of one of the arteries of the pancreas does not lead to the progression of pancreatic necrosis, with forced ligation of the vein, it is advisable to ligate the corresponding artery. When analyzing the results of treatment of complications of pancreatic necrosis, an algorithm of rational choice of surgical interventions was formed. The use of this algorithm has reduced postoperative mortality.
