Methodological developments were used to conduct field research on monitoring the quality of the production environment and the environment, biomonitoring of chemical exposure of workers and the population. New data on the state of the environment, occupational and environmental exposure of humans to pesticides, new, including mixed and from the persistent organic pollutants, and to heavy metals. The peculiarities of the accumulation of xenobiotics in the body and the balance of bioelements depending on the profession, as well as health status have been identified. The possibilities of using a modern mathematical apparatus to increase the reliability of identification of pesticides by GC-MS, as well as to predict their redistribution in the "mother-child" system are theoretically substantiated.
