The aim of the research project is the development of methods and tools of analysis, data processing to enhance opportunities to improve health and care at home for the elderly, the development of data-driven methods of analysis and forecasting. Research methods: agent systems, methods of extracting hidden data dependencies, ensembles of machine learning models. As a result of the project, the following scientific and scientific-technical products were received: 1) a method for determining the parameters of a patient prone to the incidence of David-19, based on the analysis of large data sets with omissions and uncertainties and using an ensemble of clustering methods and auto-associative dependencies, 2) ensembles of machine learning models to determine the factors influencing the duration of inpatient treatment COVID 19. These ensembles are designed to analyze multimodal data based on a hierarchical classifier, a set of weak classifiers and a number of methods to select important characteristics with much higher accuracy on unbalanced data sets.
