The method for determining the static and dynamic characteristics of shell structures made of different composite materials and partially filled with liquid has been developed. New mathematical and computational models for estimating the effective modulus of nanocomposites using representative bulk elements with different mechanical and geometric characteristics have been developed. Mathematical modeling tools have been developed using the phi-function method to describe the limitations of placing nanoinclusions in a cuboid volume. The method for finding locally optimal solutions is proposed. The introduction of advanced models of 3D packaging reveals the possibility of creating an informative basis for the synthesis of nanocomposites with high deformation and strength characteristics, in particular with a pronounced anisotropy of elastic properties. The mathematical model of the dynamic behavior of a composite shell structure made of a functional-gradient nanocomposite material in a supersonic gas flow is obtained. To analyze the stress-strain state of the fuel tanks of launch vehicles, the calculation technique and software have been developed that allow the analysis of structures made using composite materials. The use of such materials in the manufacture of fuel tanks for launch vehicles will provide the best technical characteristics, significantly reduce their weight, simplify the geometry and manufacturing technology. To improve the method of constructing the equations of aerospace technology elements normalized to a given order using the R-functions method, new constructive means of the R-functions theory have been developed.
