It was found that silver NPs at concentrations of 4 and 6 μg / ml did not affect viability, DNA fragmentation, proliferative potential, apoptosis / necrosis processes, IL-10 secretion and morphological characteristics in CrMSCs from adipose and cartilage tissues. Under use silver NPs at concentrations of 10 and 20 μg/ml was determined signs of cytoskeleton dystrophy, cytoplasm granularity, nuclear vacuolization, a decrease in membrane integrity, proliferative activity, IL-10 synthesis, and an increase in the percentage of DNA fragmentation. According to the set of tests, it was found that cultures of CrMSCs cartilaginous tissue were more resistant to the effects of silver NPs than CrMSCs adipose tissue.
