The subject of research - a set of physical-chemical-mechanical processes occurring at the interface of tool-part-environment and the processes of formation of physical-mechanical and operational characteristics of products by creating protective and restorative coatings on aircraft engine parts. The purpose – to increase the efficiency and environmental friendliness of machining of difficult-to-process materials used for the manufacture of parts of military (special) equipment, disks, shafts, blades GTD, by managing a set of phenomena in the contact zone of the tool and the surface, and creating a scientific basis and restorative gradient coatings obtained by cold gas-dynamic spraying on parts of the hot part of the flow path of aviation gas turbine engines. Tasks performed in the second stage of research: 1) development of the method and technology of cutting processing, taking into account the adsorption-plasticizing effect and the processes occurring in the contact zone of the tool and ZOTS; 2) research and appointment of rational working conditions of the tool when cutting difficult-to-machine materials; 3) development of methods and research to assess the operational reliability of parts with surfaces treated with new technology; 4) creation of mathematical models of ZOTS destruction; 5) research of the process of particles acceleration in the channel of the supersonic nozzle during cold gas-dynamic spraying to determine the rational parameters of the process of spraying coatings; 6) research of the properties of coatings obtained by cold gas-dynamic spraying in the conditions of engine operation in order to optimize the composition of coatings on the basis of experimental data.
