Such materials are absolutely necessary for welding of details and products for various industries (metallurgy, power engineering, the nuclear industry). The materials used now (alloys SiMn3-1, CuNiFeSiTi 5,0-1,0-0,2-0,2, etc.) provide thermal and electrical conductivity of the weld metal at a level not exceeding 30% of pure copper. This leads to the deterioration of the service characteristics of the products, reducing their service life, makes it impossible to restore the working surfaces of pure copper for further operation of the products (eg, crystallizer plates). The idea of the project is to introduce into the metal powder wire a small amount (0.1 ... 0.5%) of highly active deoxidizing, modifying and alloying components, which will acquire the necessary welding and technological properties of the alloy (no porosity, crack resistance) while maintaining high performance thermal and electrical conductivity (at the level of 65… .80% in relation to copper). The aim of the project is to develop a metal flux-cored wire for welding and surfacing of copper with high thermal and electrical conductivity characteristics. As a result of the project, the chemical composition of the charge of metal-powder wire for copper welding will be developed, which will provide high-quality weld metal with thermal and electrical conductivity at the level of 65 по .80% relative to copper.
