The aim of the study was to improve the results of orthopedic treatment of patients with Braitsev-Liechtenstein disease. Research methods - clinical, radiological, X-ray densitometric, biochemical, biomechanical, statistical The peculiarities of the clinical and radiological course in patients with Braytsev-Liechtenstein disease depending on the form of the disease and the patient's age have been studied, the systematization of orthopedic manifestations in this pathology has been carried out. The structural and functional state of bone tissue in patients with Braitsev-Liechtenstein disease was studied by studying X-ray densitometric parameters of bone mineral density, bone metabolism - by studying biochemical markers of bone metabolism. In patients with various forms of Braytsev-Liechtenstein disease on the basis of the study of structural and functional state of bone tissue (SFSKT) substantiation and development of general principles, indications and features of drug antiosteoporotic therapy with pamidronic acid (PAP). Biomechanical studies conducted by mathematical modeling and experimental studies indicate an increase in stress-strain, which indicates a significant risk of pathological fractures of this location and prove the superiority of modern intramedullary structures in metal osteosynthesis of the femur.
