There is scientifically substantiated the concept, which demonstrates the role of nutrient insufficiency in the development of onco- and hepatopathology and involved the development of a strategy for nutrient-dependent correction of pathobiochemical state. Selection of antitumor therapy regimens using omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in combination with lipophilic vitamins and amino acids is proposed. Technological regimes of bioencapsulation of carotenoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in feed organisms have been developed, which has allowed to obtain a nutrient-modified diet with a high content of lipophilic compounds. Conclusions and work positions are recommended for biochemists, molecular biologists, oncologists, pharmacologists and specialists in fields of development of hepatoprotective and antitumor means.
