Methods of in silico, in vitro and in vivo screening of biological activity, statistical methods will be used to study the biological activity of synthesized compounds. A combinatorial library of synthesized compounds derived from the 1,2,4-triazole heterocyclic system with targeted antibacterial activity with an appropriate synthesis strategy among 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione derivatives has been created.
