The substance of the drug "Thiometrizol" was studied. The optimal conditions of sample preparation in the study of derivatives are proposed 3-thio-1,2,4-triazole in pharmaceutical and biological samples. The metabolism of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of the drug has been established "Thiometrizol" in the blood plasma of rats [1]. A study was conducted pharmacokinetics of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of the drug "Thiometrizol" in the blood plasma of rats [2]. The homogeneity of the substance of the drug "Thiometryzol" was checked.
