Objective: development of approaches to identification and management of financial risks of enterprises, identification on this basis of key financial risks in the NFC sector of Ukraine, development of recommendations to mitigate the negative impact of financial risks on access to finance. Methods: system, comparative, structural-functional analysis, etc. Task: - definition and classification of financial risks of doing business in the NFC sector of Ukraine from the standpoint of investor and lender; - study of the specifics of the manifestation of financial risks in the sector of NFC of Ukraine depending on the size of the enterprise, its type of activity; - assessment of the impact of macro-financial factors, the institutional environment on the financial risks of the NFC sector; development of approaches to assessing credit, tax, investment risks, including capital losses from corporate raiding. Results: developed theoretical and methodological approaches to identification, financial risk management, identified their main factors in the NFC sector of Ukraine, among which are key macrofinancial instability, weak protection of investors and creditors, the prevalence of corporate raiding, abnormally high debt dependence of business. Tools have been developed that increase the reliability of financial risk assessment and minimize potential capital losses of investors and creditors. Degree of implementation: some results used by public authorities in activities, in particular in the field of identification and management of financial risks of enterprises. Scope: state policy in the field of NFC finance. Key words: corporate finance, systemic risks, financial risks of enterprises, investment, tax and credit risks.
