It is shown how, due to the effect of the finite size of the antiferromagnet layer, its effective Neel temperature changes, which affects the behavior of the whole bilayer. The collective spin dynamics of synthetic antiferromagnets arrays built on the basis of three-layer ferromagnet / paramagnetic / ferromagnetic nanodisks in which the spacer undergoes a “ferromagnet-paramagnetic” phase transition has been studied. It is shown that at temperatures above the Curie point of the spacer, when ferromagnetic layers interact only magnetostatically, such systems are characterized by higher-order resonance, with two inhomogeneous in space boundary modes, each excited mainly in one of the ferromagnetic layers of the nanodisk.   Product Description popup.authors Golud Volodymyr O.
