We propose the algorithm to choose almost optimal implant of hip joint by quantitative characteristics of the gap between implant and cavity walls in direct and lateral projections. The best implant is the one for which these characteristics attain their minimal values. We consider the problem of renewal of unknown probability distribution on finite or countable family of classes of subsets of some set, when for arbitrary class of subsets we know the probability that all of them belong to a randomly chosen element of the family. We describe the hybrid method to predict energy consumption, which includes data approximation by means of linear regression, application of concurrent similarity function that reduces noiseness of data, and usage of recurrent neural network to construct the one day ahead prediction. We obtain the principal characteristics for single-channel queueing system with ordinary input queue. For reserved system with restoration we obtain limit probabilities of states and find the expression for coefficient of system's readiness. Originality of research: all results presented in the report are new, which is confirmed by publications of the authors.
