The said technique enables the technological factors effecting as an integrated system when preparing in a vacuum MHD facility and continuous casting in a low mould equipped with a thermal nozzle to provide an increase in the ingot’s metal ductility by 19% compared to traditional technologies. The influence of the modes of homogenization annealing of ingots, isothermal pressing, hot and cold rolling on the properties of a new alloy has been studied, and technical conditions have been developed for the manufacture of product prototypes from a new alloy through thermal deformation processing. The developed alloy in the hot-deformed state is superior to the AMg6 alloy: in the bound of plasticity - by 28%, and in the strength limit - by 20%. The developed alloy being in the cold-deformed and annealed state surpasses the 1545 alloy in the strength limit - by 12%, in the plasticity limit - by 28%. The developed alloy surpasses the AMg6 alloy in the corrosion potential by 1.4 times. The relevant new alloy approbation statements for aerospace-purpose parts manufacture using the plastic deformation techniques have already been received from State-owned Enterprise Zaporizhzhia Machine Design Bureau /briefly – SE ZMDB/ “Ivchenko-Progress” and “Motor-Sich” JSC.
