Specific proposals on priority tasks and steps for the organization of civil protection at the basic level of local self-government are provided as explanations of laws and regulations on civil protection, algorithms of actions of heads (specialists) of local self-government bodies on organization and implementation of community activities. as well as standard and formalized documents (variants of decisions of the community council, the executive body of the community, orders of the head of the community, etc.).
