The purpose of work - development of the methodological approach and the scheme of complex operative treatment of difficult arterial aneurysms of a brain Research methods - clinical, paraclinical, laboratory research, instrumental, functional examinations, dynamic analysis of applied surgical techniques, statistical analysis of data. It is determined that the choice of terms and methods of surgical treatment of brain aneurysms is determined individually and is based on: the nature of clinical manifestations of the disease; localization, geometric, morphological and hemodynamic parameters of the aneurysm. Differentiated application of the technique of "multiple" clipping in combination with intraoperative contact Doppler in urgent indications for microsurgery is proposed. A method for optimizing craniotomy access and microsurgical corridor to the aneurysm with remodeling of the aneurysm neck with clips using preoperative virtual 3D modeling of the skull, cerebral arteries and aneurysm of the patient has been developed. An individual 3D model is created by overlaying and combining neuroimaging data with subsequent printing of a polylactide model. The technique provides an opportunity to plan microsurgery (craniotomy stage) for "complex" brain aneurysms. The results are systematized, prepared for the preparation of an interim report. According to the results of the research, 11 articles were published in professional periodicals recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 2 patents of Ukraine for utility models; 7 thesis publications and 1 methodical recommendation; conducted 7 oral presentations on scientific-practical. conf. of Neurosurgeons of Ukraine with International participation.
