Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2 The S-matrix approach developed for the description of quasi-elastic transfer and recharging reactions under the action of light nuclei of intermediate energies is constructed, the parameters of the scattering matrix were obtained by fitting the experimental data on the elastic and inelastic scattering of alpha particles on 28Si by the original six-parameter parameterization of the S-matrix, the energy systematics of the positions of air-minima in the studied angular distributions of quasi-elastic reactions is carried out. A systematic correct description was performed within the DWBA approach using a partial-wave image of the transmission amplitude, expressed in terms of S-matrices for input and output reaction channels of angular distribution distributions of reactions (4He, 3He) and (4He, 3H), which inhabit the ground states of 28Si nuclei at E (4He) = 50–120 MeV, focusing on the detection of Airy minima of different orders of magnitude. Identified nuclear rainbow with previous A1 minima in differential cross section for 28Si (4He, 3He) 29Si at E (4He) = 120.0 MeV, A1 and A2 minima in cross sections for 28Si (4He, 3He) 29Si and 28Si (4He, 3H) 29P at E (4He) = 64.9 MeV, and only a minimum of A2 in cross section for 28Si (4He, 3H) 29P at E (4He) = 50.0 MeV. Minima A1 and A2 are formed due to interference between several internal and surface partial waves. The impact parameters of these partial waves are in the range from 1 to 6 fm, and are also well within the corresponding radii of strong absorption. It is concluded that the values of the studied cross sections of transmission reactions, which contain Airy minima, are sensitive to the interaction in the inner region of the nuclei. A systematic correct description of the cross sections of elastic alpha-208Pb scattering in a wide energy range of 104 ÷ 699 MeV was performed on the basis of a model image of the six-parameters scattering matrix.
