Subject of research: qualitative properties of solutions of dynamical systems, optimal controls and methods of their construction, new mathematical models of dynamical systems. Purpose of research: to create new methods for solving problems of the control theory, to develop mathematical models and to study the qualitative behavior of dynamical systems of complicated nature. Within the research, solutions of problems of control synthesis, controllability, stability, optimal control, approximation for nonlinear and non-autonomous control systems were obtained, solutions of nonlinear kinetic Boltzmann equation were found, a generalization of the quasi-stability method was obtained for studying of asymptotic regimes of non-autonomous processes, qualitative properties of solutions of systems with distributed delay of general nature were investigated, mathematical and computing modeling for a fuel element of a nuclear reactor, for processes in a cassette of a fast-neutron nuclear reactor was carried out, a mathematical model for processes of water self-purification in a river system was proposed and studied, a mathematical model of processes of a liver regeneration, a mathematical model of the human aorta were constructed, a flow of micro- and nanofluids between moving plates was studied. All results are new and have theoretical and practical value.
