In particular, the evolution of modern technologies of teaching the Ukrainian language in primary, secondary and higher education was studied. The subject of scientific studies were such technologies as information and communication, design, games, personality-oriented learning, interactive, problem-based learning and others, which were considered in the context of traditional and blended learning. The subject of research was the analysis of aspects of the discursive personality of students of different levels of education (language, speech, communication, rhetorical, discourse), as well as the development of guidelines for the formation of professional competencies of higher philological education in the study of linguistics non-philological education while studying the Ukrainian language (for professional purposes). The results of the research will promote the intensification of scientific activities of higher education students of the Faculty of Philology of the Rivne State University of Humanities in the specialty 014 Secondary Education (Ukrainian Language and Literature), and will be a good basis for their theses. The practical significance of the research topic is related to improving the process of teaching linguistic disciplines at the Department of Stylistics and Culture of the Ukrainian language RSHU, as well as compiling educational content for higher education philological and non-philological specialties RSHU (textbooks and guidelines).
