Part I: "Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with insufficiency of obstructive function of the cervix." Part II: "Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant-displaced persons." The aim of the study: 1. Reducing the incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with cervical obstruction by improving the diagnosis and correction of disorders of hormonal homeostasis, connective tissue metabolism and micronutrient status. 2. Reducing the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant-displaced persons by improving the diagnosis and correction of disorders of hormonal homeostasis, psycho-emotional and micronutrient status. Object of research: the course of pregnancy and childbirth in pregnant women at risk of premature birth. Research methods: clinical, clinical-statistical, biochemical, ultrasonic, organometric, macroscopic, general histological, immunohistochemical, endocrinological, questionnaire, mathematical-statistical. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. In pregnant women with cervical insufficiency, there is information on the relationship between progesterone levels, marker levels of connective tissue synthesis and cervical length. It has been shown that miscarriage in pregnant women with cervical obstruction is accompanied by a violation of micronutrient homeostasis, which is characteristic of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. A comprehensive study of pregnancy and childbirth in pregnant-displaced persons, taking into account hormonal, micronutrient homeostasis, psycho-emotional status; a correlation was found between the concentration of progesterone, magnesium, cortisol in the serum and the level of personal anxiety, which may be one of the mechanisms of premature birth.
