Research methods: analysis and synthesis, abstraction and concretization, modeling; diagnostic; empirical; statistical, pedagogical observations, pedagogical experiment. In accordance with the purpose of the study, which was to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the pedagogical system of training future skilled workers for entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of small business development. To improve the quality of professional (vocational) education, the main scientific results were obtained: - tested the method of development of entrepreneurial competence of future qualified personnel, as a kind of pedagogical system, which provides for the use of a number of pedagogical technologies that will assist in the training of future qualified personnel for entrepreneurial activity; The results of scientific research will be implemented in scientific, research and production products, materials for parliamentary hearings on education, recommendations of all-Ukrainian conferences, proposals to the Law of Ukraine "On Vocational (Vocational" Education ".
