The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: For the first time: - developed a project of the Strategy for increasing the productivity of entrepreneurial activity, which includes: a methodical approach to identifying hidden assets of enterprises and using the gross value added indicator as the main meter of productivity and accumulation potential, and capital attraction; tools for monitoring disproportions of the distribution of added value between sectors of the chain of its creation by types of economic activity; list of priority activities of the high-tech sector of the economy by strategic groups, depending on the specific weight of the generated added value; a system of performance indicators to stimulate the productivity of entrepreneurial activity, the target values of which are calculated for the period up to 2030 and complement the provisions of the Sustainable Development Strategy of Ukraine; - an organizational and economic mechanism for increasing the productivity of entrepreneurial activity has been developed, which includes tools: institutional and tax support of reproduction and reinvestment of capital in the high-tech sector of the economy; differentiation of individual income tax rates and administration of value added tax as a means of balancing the fiscal burden on the process of added value generation; institutional and organizational support for the formation of a business environment with increased viability and anti-crisis stability of entrepreneurial structures.
