Tymoshenko of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The object of research - surfacing objects - parts of the "shaft" type, operating conditions and rebuilding surfacing, models of thermo-viscoplastic deformation, thermokinetic diagrams (TKD) of microstructural transformations of base and surfacing metal. The purposes of the work are: to select parts of the "shaft" type, to study the operating conditions and recovery surfacing, on the basis of experimental data to specify the parameters of models of thermo-viscoplastic deformation, and TKD of materials of selected parts and surfacing material. The research method is to simulate thermomechanical behavior using a unified Bodner-Partom flow model, through the approximation of tensile diagrams at different temperatures and strain rates. Modeling of microstructural transformations of austenite during cooling is performed using TKD and the Koistinen-Marburger equation. New results have been obtained concerning the specification of the parameters of the Bodner-Partom flow model for the base material and surfacing metal, namely 35HMA steel. The digital model of TKD of this steel is developed. The results will be used in the next stages of work by the co-executor of the IEW. E.O. Paton of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the development of new technologies for multilayer rebuilding of parts such as "shaft" in order to increase their maintenance and total service life.
