The aim of the work is to develop new and improve existing methods of forecasting dangerous and extreme meteorological phenomena over different regions of Ukraine, as well as to characterize the variability of meteorological variables and circulation conditions in Ukraine in the warm half of the year during climate change The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of forecasting of the state economy through the development of new and improving traditional methods of forecasting dangerous weather conditions, detection and typification of meteorological and circulation conditions on the eve of dangerous weather over Ukraine. Research methods - processing of meteorological data, spatio-temporal generalization of meteorological and synoptic information, synoptic analysis, statistical analysis, quantitative assessment of the atmosphere. Criteria values ​​of the frontal parameter have been determined, which can improve the quality of forecasting rainfall and thunderstorm activity on the territory of Ukraine. Circulating conditions for the formation of the largest temperature anomalies during 2020 have been identified. The geographical and seasonal distribution of tornadoes and storms in the North-Western Black Sea Coast from 2006 to 2020 has been established. As a result of research using meteorological observations at Kherson station and atmospheric reanalysis ERA5 for the period 2005-2021, the mode of heavy precipitation, the nature of circulation and the thermodynamic state of the troposphere on the eve of their strengthening.
